01

Who are we and what does this page cover?

This website is operated by PT. Tirta Byte Technology. This explanation covers information used on the TirtaByte website, including the requirements form, available contact or demo forms, and newsletter registration.

Data used within hospital, clinic, or customer applications is a separate matter governed by the relevant services and agreements.

02

What information is stored?

The information stored depends on the form you use. You can read public pages without submitting a requirements form or subscribing to the newsletter.

Requirements form

Required fields
  • Name and email address.
  • Selected requirement or solution and your message.

Supporting information

Optional on the requirements form
  • Company name and phone number.
  • You can leave these blank and still submit the form.

Newsletter registration

When you subscribe
  • Email address, subscription status, registration time, and registration source.
  • A name can also be stored if provided during registration.

Technical information

Supporting system information
  • Language, source page, and submission time for context.
  • Form session and a code derived from your IP address for spam checks.
  • Certain contact or demo forms also record browser information.

Company and phone number are optional on the main requirements form. Other contact or demo forms may require an organization name and WhatsApp number. Check the required-field labels on the form you use.

03

How is the information used?

The information you submit is used to:

  • Understand the work, challenges, and requirements you describe.
  • Review requests and prepare a relevant discussion or follow-up.
  • Manage TirtaByte Insights registrations and subscription status.
  • Support spam checks and the form submission process.

Submitting a requirements form does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter. Newsletter registration uses a separate subscription form.

04

How can I stop receiving the newsletter?

You can request an email correction, ask about subscription status, or request to unsubscribe through the general discussion form.

Include the email address used to register and explain that your request relates to the newsletter. The team reviews the request; this page does not provide an automatic unsubscribe button.

05

What do cookies and interaction markers do?

Session cookies help the website recognize a visit session and check the security of form submissions. Blocking cookies can affect form verification or submission.

These website pages do not load external analytics scripts. Local interaction markers contain the interaction type, language, and page address; they exclude names, email addresses, and form message contents.

The IP address associated with a form submission is converted into a code for spam checks. This does not make all the information you submit anonymous.

06

Who can access the information?

Form submissions enter internal contact management, which requires an administrator login. The information is used to review and discuss your requirements.

For certain contact or demo forms, notifications can forward submission contents to the team's email when those notifications are enabled.

If you choose to contact us by email or WhatsApp, the conversation also uses those providers' services and is subject to their privacy policies.

The requirements form does not ask for document uploads. Describe your needs in general terms; do not include passwords, patient data, or confidential documents.

07

How long is information stored?

This page does not set a single retention period for every type of information. You can ask about the storage status of your data or submit a deletion request using the contact options below.

Submitting a request does not immediately delete data. The team needs to review the information and request before changes are made.
